Can I make a custom order?
Yes, follow the menu to my custom order page to view the process, contact me if you have any further questions.
When will my order be shipped?
Items are already made and ready to ship within 2 working days, standard shipping takes around 3/4 working days to be delivered, and Express shipping takes about 1/2 working days.

Can I purchase gift wrap?
Yes! For any occasion such as birthdays or Christmas, you can add gift wrap to your order for an extra £3.00, this is listed as one of my products and has to be added to your order separately.
What sizes are the necklaces?
They tend to sit around 18" however most are adjustable from 16" to 20", if your would like a custom size you can contact me and I will be happy to alter this for you.
Do you have bundles?
Yes, you can order a bundle with a necklace, bracelet and/or earrings with an extra 10% off , for this you would have to contact me to create a custom listing for you.
Do you sell on other platforms?
Yes, I sell my jewellery on my instagram @fxirygems and on depop @katty_p74, however my discount codes only work on my website!
